XDHD / Tools + modulesWorking overview · 05 NOV 2026

The tools behind a living production.

Apps provide a place to work. CORE components share production logic. Pro tools prepare material, and w0rk.fl0ws connect known actions into a deliberate path from source to result.

32 existing CORE components · 40 tool routes · 5 connected examples

01 / TOOLS

XDHD.Pro.Tools

The tools and connected workflows provided through XDHD.Pro, the primary application in the XDHD.Tools family. This is a navigation label, not a separate app. Some tools run inside Pro; others open an existing companion.

02 / SHARED LOGIC

XDHD.CORE

Reusable logic, contracts and components owned by their existing projects. A CORE module is a building block, not automatically an independent product or a complete implementation in every host.

03 / SURFACES

Apps + hosts

Mac apps, browser surfaces, extensions and dedicated OS profiles present the work. Each host supplies its own supported interface, files, media engines and execution capabilities.

04 / CONNECTIONS

w0rk.fl0ws

W0RK.FL0W lets a person connect known typed actions, choose sources and a result folder, then explicitly run a validated graph. A saved plan, an open tool and an executed job are separate things.

Implemented · capability exists in its stated scopePrototype · bounded experimental implementationPlanned · proposed work or extraction

Studio gear + the shared layer

Gear tracking already has a local home. A reusable cross-host gear contract is a proposed next step.

App / hostImplemented

XDHD.GEAR / StudioGear Inventory

A private local gear module for equipment models, physical holdings and units, readiness evidence and show-package planning.

Part of the existing M1ND.Store / XDHD.Store implementation. Unit custody, maintenance and share/rental/sale listing drafts stay local; drafts do not publish listings or book equipment.

XDHD.Store

Proposed extractionPlanned

XDHD.GEAR.CORE

A proposed reusable contract for equipment models, holdings, readiness and production-package references.

No shared CORE implementation is established. Existing tracking and the XDHD.GEAR private module belong to .Store; reusable extraction and cross-host adoption need their own work.

Proposed shared XDHD component

What a w0rk.fl0w connects.

Choose known actions, give them material and an output destination, then run or hand off deliberately. The examples below separate executable local paths from manual review and proposed connections. A saved plan is not an executed job.

01 Local video → shot storyboard

A real local action chain turns selected footage into a reviewable shot reference.

Implemented · bounded local path

IN A selected local video

OUT Numbered stills, a local HTML storyboard and a run record

  1. Choose the video and result folder

The Local Shot Storyboard preset contains explicit typed actions.

Opening the saved workflow does not run it.
  2. Convert and detect cuts

The native chain uses the converter and FFmpeg scene scores.

Format limits and chosen cut threshold still matter; detection is a proposal.
  3. Extract, number and inspect

The chain writes midpoint reference stills for each proposed shot, numbers them and builds a static linked HTML storyboard.

This adapter uses midpoint frames, not Hero Stills best-frame ranking. References do not reconstruct an original editable production.
  4. Open or assign deliberately

FNDR can inspect the output; an explicitly selected local project can register references.

This is local assignment, not cloud import or publication.

These steps describe the current supported path, with its review and handoff boundaries. They are explanatory examples, not controls that run the tools from this page.

02 DJ mix → reviewed tracks and visual player

An audio preset connects preparation, proposed edit boundaries and generated visual/player outputs.

Implemented · bounded local path

IN A selected audio mix

OUT Track WAVs, cut/cue proposals, artwork and a local playable page

  1. Choose and decode a mix

The DJ preset decodes once and can include or omit mastering.

The source remains intact; supported dependencies must be present.
  2. Review proposed boundaries

The detector proposes sections and estimated DJ cues.

These are not recognized song titles, isolated stems or auditioned musical truth.
  3. Build track outputs and artwork

Explicit downstream actions generate section audio and saved m0sh artwork.

A generated visual is not a live audio-spectrum feed in this path.
  4. Inspect the local player

DJ TRAXXER assembles a player and downloads for the result.

Its .LIVE label denotes the local result; no public hosting occurs. AE HUD is a separate manual handoff in the canvas path.

These steps describe the current supported path, with its review and handoff boundaries. They are explanatory examples, not controls that run the tools from this page.

03 Loose files → local project → chosen preparation tool

Intake, source preservation and tool preparation stay deliberate steps in a local project.

Implemented · bounded local path

IN Files deliberately selected for a local project

OUT Preserved originals, verified managed copies or explicit references, and separate prepared outputs

  1. Create a local project

The staging flow records project context and reuses explicit local BRND/S0NA references.

It does not infer a cloud destination or universal project-type capability.
  2. Review selected intake

Copy & Register previews destinations, verifies copied bytes and keeps originals; reference-only registration is also distinct.

An AEP or other source file does not automatically collect all its dependencies.
  3. Prepare with a specific tool

An asset action routes material into an existing image, audio or video tool.

Processing starts only when chosen; tool outputs are not automatically registered or uploaded.
  4. Review the result

The editor and local project retain the structure and source references.

Promotion, dependency relinking and public publishing are separate future/reviewed actions.

These steps describe the current supported path, with its review and handoff boundaries. They are explanatory examples, not controls that run the tools from this page.

04 Image → XDHD.VectorTrace → m0sh.SVGR

Tracing exists today. The next editable handoff into m0sh.SVGR is a proposed bridge.

Mixed · tracing exists, bridge planned

IN An image selected for tracing

OUT An SVG today; a validated editable m0sh.SVGR draft is the proposed next handoff

  1. Trace and compare

Pro-owned VectorTrace selects or compares tracing engines and exports SVG.

The current workbench export still needs its own exact acceptance checkpoint.
  2. Preserve the traced source

Keep exported geometry and trace provenance as source material.

A filename is not stable asset identity.
  3. Review an explicit import proposal

The documented next bridge normalizes supported SVG geometry into the existing SVGR document model.

The editable SVG import bridge is not implemented; supported geometry and trace provenance still need validation.
  4. Animate only after that bridge is verified

m0sh.SVGR is the public name for the vector/animatic direction; compatibility identifiers retain their existing lineage.

No automatic VectorTrace → SVGR or universal renderer-parity claim is supported yet.

These steps describe the current supported path, with its review and handoff boundaries. They are explanatory examples, not controls that run the tools from this page.

05 Gear model → holding review → show-package plan

A synthetic gear example explains the private module’s model, readiness and package-planning capabilities.

Implemented · bounded local path

IN Synthetic demonstration gear records for public explanation

OUT A local planning package, shortfall/conflict checks and a packing list

  1. Distinguish a model from a holding

Cataloger supplies model/asset identity while holdings carry physical quantity and condition evidence.

A product model, concept or source reference does not prove owned assignable stock.
  2. Review readiness

The local module records maintenance, testing and custody state for planning.

This public example uses synthetic concepts; actual equipment records stay private.
  3. Build a named planning package

The module checks quantities, overlapping dates, unknown stock and shortages.

These conservative checks are not a live reservation or per-unit checkout ledger.
  4. Export a planning list

A packing list or synthetic public demo can be exported deliberately.

Packing lists and share/rental/sale listing drafts stay local. Public listings, live booking, payments and commerce synchronization are separate work.

These steps describe the current supported path, with its review and handoff boundaries. They are explanatory examples, not controls that run the tools from this page.

Studio gear, with a place in the production.

XDHD.GEAR builds on StudioGear Inventory inside .Store: what an equipment model is, what is physically held, whether it is ready, and what a show package needs.

01 / Model

Describe the equipment model and reusable catalog identity. A model record does not establish owned stock.

02 / Holdings + readiness

Track physical holdings and unit identities, condition, custody, maintenance and test evidence in the private local module.

03 / Production package

Plan quantities, inspect unknown stock, shortfalls and overlapping dates, then export a packing list.

XDHD.GEAR is an existing private .Store module. XDHD.GEAR.CORE is a proposed shared extraction. Local custody, planning and listing drafts are separate from public listings, live reservations, per-unit checkout and commerce stock synchronization.

Explore StudioGear Inventory · See the proposed shared gear layer

Reusable parts, honest boundaries.

CORE is shared production logic; a host supplies a particular interface and supported capabilities. A component can work in one local host while other adapters are still being developed. Catalog presence is separate from runtime availability.

This overview describes the current source and documented scope. It publishes no private equipment records or operational history. Technical specifications and proposed relationships retain their working status. Download the reviewed public graph.
